Tomato Basil Soup


2 large cans Crushed Tomatoes

2 regular sized cans of Tomato Sauce

1 can Cream of Chicken

1 can Cream of Mushroom

1 ½  cups Half and Half

1 ½ cup Heavy Cream

2 sticks of butter cut into small pieces

3 Tablespoons Dried Basil

Garlic Salt to taste

Garlic Powder to taste

2 Tablespoons Sugar

Salt and Pepper to taste.


Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and cream soups to a large pot.

Add the half and half and heavy cream.

Heat over medium heat stirring to combine.

Add the butter and sugar

Season with the garlic salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Continue to heat and stir until the soup is hot.
