Baby Back Ribs

One of my Mother’s favorite meals is Baby Back Ribs and we usually take her out a few times a year to enjoy her special meal. Because of Covid, we haven’t been able to do this. So, I decided to make them for her. This recipe makes delicious fall off the bone barbequed ribs that are Grandma approved. This recipe is done in the oven but you could easily make these on the grill, which I do in warmer weather.

Enjoy!

One rack of ribs

1 ½ cups of your favorite Barbeque – I used Sweet Baby Rays!!

Spread ribs out in a pan. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover with foil and place them in a 350 degree oven for 2 and ½ hours.

Uncover the ribs and spread with ½ cup of the barbeque and return to the oven (uncovered) for 20 minutes.

Add sauce again and return to the oven for 20 minutes

Once again—Add the sauce and return to the oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and serve with your favorite sides.

Enjoy!!
